WRONG.
In some cases, payments made via Bills Payment are not posted automatically due to wrong encoding of policy number.
In BDO Bills Payment, use:
(a) the policy number which is the 17 digit number with the leading "8", dashes and the trailing two zeroes:
8XXXX-0YYYY-ZZZZZ-00, or
(b) the 12 digit application number (no dashes), or
(c) the 15 characters application number (no dashes)
In BPI Bills Payment, use:
(a) "1" + the last 11 digits of the policy number
"1YYYYZZZZZ00"
